 ill Kelly McComsey is an associate of the firm, concentrating primarily in civil litigation. She is a 1998 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, now known as the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She has scientific research experience in the biotechnology industry, having worked at Human Genome Sciences and Neose Technologies prior to pursuing her law degree.
 s. McComsey graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005, where she was President of the Intellectual Property Law Association and completed a concentration in intellectual property law.
 fter graduation from Seton Hall, Ms. McComsey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas from 2005-2007. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is additionally licensed to appear in federal court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit.
